In the areas of Pension Transfers and Pension Opt-Outs, our Specialist advisers can advise on and arrange the following:
- Opting out or not joining an available occupational pension scheme in favour of a personal pension arrangement (Opt-Out/Non-Joiners).
Transfers from:
- Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) or Free-Standing Additional Voluntary Contributions (FSAVCs).
- Any Occupational Scheme as part of a pension split on divorce.
- Defined Benefit Occupational Pension Schemes.
- Defined Contributions Occupational Pension Schemes.
- Executive Pension Plans (EPPs).
- Non-Profit deferred annuities.
- Section 32 Contracts.
- Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS).
- Fragmentation of benefits (e.g. part transfer value to go to S32 and part to personal pension) where any part of the transfer is to provide immediate benefits.
- Transfer of any of the product types listed in Pension Transfers above (where the benefits are being used to provide Pension Fund Withdrawal or Phased Retirement).
Additionally, where Retirement Options Specialist authorisation is also held:
- Fragmentation of benefits (e.g. part transfer value to go to S32 and part to personal pension) where any part of the transfer is to provide immediate benefits.
- Transfer of any of the product types listed above (where the benefits are being used to provide Pension Fund Withdrawal or Phased Retirement).
