The principle of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) places the responsibility on our firm to deliver a fair outcome for you, our customer in all your dealings with us.
Industry regulator - the FSA (Financial Services Authority) has renewed it's emphasis on TCF as being central to the achievement of it's Key Objectives.
We view TCF as 'just good practice', and have developed the statement - Treating Customers Fairly to summarise our commitment in this area.
